All Eigenvector Research software can be ordered directly from us using the web form and secure on-line web payment (Credit Card or Invoice orders) or the address at the bottom of this page. You can also request a Quotation on-line through the same web-based form. 

Payment and Terms

Accepted methods of payment include VISA, Mastercard, American Express and checks drawn on US banks. Direct transfers to our bank account can also be arranged (contact us for details). Our terms are Net 30. For other terms please contact us. EVRI will gladly accept company purchase orders from customers with established accounts and will deliver with an invoice. Ordering Information

For products not listed please contact us directly at orders@eigenvector.com. Note that PLS_Toolbox and Solo product licenses automatically include a one year maintenance agreement which includes a full year of upgrades and user support. The maintenance agreement page contains details on the agreement and renewals.

Shipping/Delivery: All software products are shipped electronically via web-page download unless you purchase a CD of the software.

Companies associated with universities do not qualify for academic pricing.

Returns Policy

Eigenvector Research Software may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a signed statement that the software has been uninstalled and all copies of the software and documentation have been destroyed.
