EVRI-thing You Need to Know About PLS_Toolbox & Solo 9.0

December 16, 2021

Our webinar series returns on Thursday, December 16 with “EVRI-thing You Need to Know About PLS_Toolbox & Solo 9.0.” EVRI Developer Sean Roginski will present with help from President Barry M. Wise.

The recently released PLS_Toolbox and Solo version 9.0 includes many improvements and additions, but the single biggest change is the integration of routines from Python into our interfaces (and for PLS_Toolbox, also at the command line). This has allowed us to add new routines for data visualization and machine learning. We will discuss how we implemented this and how to access the new features. In this webinar we’ll cover

  • Installing PLS_Toolbox & Solo 9.0
  • Improved graphics in Solo, now built on MATLAB® 2020b
  • Data visualization with t-SNE and UMAP
  • Additional Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) for deep learning for classification and regression
  • Classical Least Squares (CLS) models with EPO/GLS filters-Gray CLS
  • Other items from the Version 9.0 Release Notes

A question and answer session will follow the webinar. Don’t miss your chance to quiz Sean, Barry and the Eigen-Guys about how to get the most out of PLS_Toolbox and Solo version 9.0!

Register for “EVRI-thing You Need to Know About PLS_Toolbox & Solo 9.0” through your existing Eigenvector account, or create one. The webinar is free, but you must register to attend. Find the webinar near the bottom of the page under the “Purchase” tab.
