EVRI-thing You Need to Know About TrendTool for Exploring Ordered Data

Jul 13, 2021

Many chemical and biological data sets are logically ordered by an axis variable such as time, space, or wavelength. In this webinar we will show how to explore these data sets using TrendTool, a utility that is available in Eigenvector’s MATLAB based PLS_Toolbox and stand-alone Solo software. TrendTool can be used, for example, to find the time trends in individual spectral peaks, or the spectral behavior across specific pixels in an image, and more!

A pdf of the webinar slides can be found here.
