The 9.6 version of PLS_Toolbox and Solo will be released in August, 2026. A 0.1 increment in the version number sounds small, but we’ve packed it with many new methods and improvements. Previous webinars cover the major new tools; in this webinar find out about the many smaller features and enhancements. Join us on Thursday, October 1 when we present “EVRI-thing You Need to Know About Other New Features in PLS_Toolbox/Solo 9.6.” We’ll go over many new features including:
• Bias and slope correction for regression models available in the Analysis interface
• Python bridge to improve speed and stability
• NIR spectral band identification overlay
• Hierarchical models – local rules and limits
• Y-residual calibration and cross-validation agreement metric
• DModX metric for PCA and PLS models
• Trendtool models ➡︎ direct port into MLR models
• Solo built with MATLAB 2024b to improve performance and compatibility with newer operating systems
