EVRI-thing You Need to Know About Diviner & Ensembles in PLS_Toolbox/Solo 9.6

Diviner, our semi-automated machine learning tools for calibration model development was released in the previous version of PLS_Toolbox/Solo. In many instances Diviner produces many quality calibration models with similar performance but different construction (preprocessing, variable selections, number of model factors). While users can certainly choose a single model it is also possible to leverage these models by forming an ensemble. Ensembles often out-perform any single model and are more robust. The 9.6 version of PLS_Toolbox and Solo includes a streamlined model selection process and a variety of methods for choosing and applying an ensemble. Join us on Thursday, September 24 when we present “EVRI-thing You Need to Know About Diviner & Ensembles in PLS_Toolbox/Solo 9.6.” We’ll go over all of the new features and show you how to use them.
